Linda Smith has her degree in Education from the University of Tennessee. She taught for years and then had three daughters and has been teaching Cake Classes for more than 25 years. She specializes in Wedding Cakes and UT Stadium Cakes and owns "Wedding & Specialty Cakes by Linda".
Ellie is an employee at Sugarbaker's and she also teaches Beginner's and Advanced Cake Decorating. She is the owner of Sweet Creations Specialty Cakes.
Svea Chrimes has been designing cakes for 6 years and is the owner of Cake Confessions. She is a trained chef and graduated from the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute. She currently is a chef at All Occasions Catering. She is the mother of two. Svea has been teaching kids and adults the art of cake decorating for 3 years and is also an instructor for adults at the UT non credit facility.

Alicia Fugate has decorated cakes for 16 years starting out with a Barney cake for her grandson's 1st birthday. It took her 8 hours to finish that cake and she swore she would never touch another one as long as she lived. Well, with those famous last words she finished her decorating classes and discovered a wonderful creative outlet. Along the way she developed a love for creating fondant covered cakes, gum paste flowers, and sculpted decorations and decided to share her enthusiasm with anyone who wants to discover the joys of fondant and other clay forms of icing.
